As a parent of an autistic and ADHD child, I understand how challenging life can be for neurodivergent individuals and their families. This inspired me to set up Support For Neurodiversity.  

We provide diet, nutrition, and therapeutic support to help improve mental wellbeing, behaviour, and sleep issues in neurodivergent individuals.

We offer free, evidence-based resources with practical solutions to improve quality of life and overall wellbeing in neurodivergent individuals and their family members.

We also provide the option to purchase supportive supplementsAnd, for those seeking personalised support, the opportunity to book appointments with experts, including registered nutritionists, behavioural specialists, and sensory occupational therapists.
